After serving in this endorsement area for a minimum of three years, (with at least the last year being in a TN public or state-accredited private school with receipt of a positive local evaluation), the individual will then advance to the Professional School Service Personnel License. Valid for five years.

Tennessee: License - Professional School Service Personnel License
by Policy and Advocacy in the Schools
Valid for a ten year period and may be renewed by meeting the requirements for a Professional Teacher License. These include five years of experience within the ten year period of valid licensure or completion of six semester hours related to the endorsement area of school psychology.
